Lead and oversee the daily operations, team growth, and strategic development of Elliot Social Media. Reporting into the CEO, the Agency Director plays a vital role in maintaining high standards across client work, managing internal teams, and contributing to the long-term vision of the agency.
Proven leadership in social media, marketing, or creative agency settings
Strong management and organizational skills
Local to either Southern California or Dallas-Fort Worth, TX preferred
Full-time availability and commitment to company growth
📱 Social Media Manager (Part-Time / Remote)
Help manage and grow client accounts through strategic content planning, scheduling, and engagement.
2+ years experience
Proficiency in Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Canva
Bonus: Experience in faith-based or lifestyle branding
🎥 Reels Video Editor (Contract / Remote)
Edit short-form vertical content for Reels and TikTok based on brand vision, trending formats, and audio cues.
Strong portfolio required
Must deliver 10–20 short-form videos per month
Timely turnaround and eye for visual storytelling
📊 Social Media Analyst (Part-Time or Contract)
Analyze account performance and campaign data to deliver client-friendly monthly reports.
Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook analytics
Ability to turn insights into actionable strategies
Proficiency with tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or Later
📸 Content Creator / UGC Model (Project-Based / Flexible Location)
Create authentic, high-quality UGC content for client campaigns. Must be confident in front of the camera and follow brand direction.
Experience with short-form video and product shots
Must submit portfolio or sample clips
📂 Client Success Manager (Part-Time / Remote or Hybrid)
Ensure client satisfaction through communication, onboarding, and project updates.
Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
Experience in account management or client services
Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
🎨 Graphic Designer (Freelance or Retainer)
Create branded templates, carousels, eBooks, and campaign visuals.
Proficiency in Adobe Suite or Canva Pro
Strong eye for design, layout, and typography
Must submit design portfolio
📷 Photographer (Freelance / Local Preferred Socal or Dallas TX)
Capture high-quality lifestyle, product, and event photos for client campaigns and social content. Ideal for creatives with a strong aesthetic and quick turnaround skills.
Experience in brand, food, product, or lifestyle photography
Must have access to own equipment
Portfolio required
🧠 Influencer Campaign Coordinator (Internship or Freelance)
Coordinate and manage influencer campaigns from outreach to deliverables.
Great communicator, organized, and up to date with influencer trends
Bonus: Experience with platforms like Aspire, Upfluence, or CreatorIQ
